Delete your Checkout Rewards account

You can permanently delete your account directly in the app. If you no longer have access to the app, you can request deletion by email.

Delete from the app

1. Open Checkout Rewards and sign in.
2. Open Profile.
3. Choose Delete Account and confirm the deletion.

Request deletion without the app

Email from the address associated with your Checkout Rewards account. We may ask you to verify control of that address before deleting the account.

What is deleted

• Your server-side account, profile, authentication identity, and saved Wallet data.
• When deletion is completed in the app, that account's local coupon and gift-card metadata, app-private images, redemption codes, gift-card numbers, PINs, and checkout-reminder state on that device.

If you request deletion by email, we can delete verified server-side account data, but we cannot remotely erase device-only vault data. If you still have access to a device containing saved coupons or gift cards, use the in-app deletion flow on that device before requesting email-only deletion. Uninstall alone is not guaranteed to remove platform secure-storage entries.

Timing and limited retention

Verified requests are normally completed within 30 days. We may retain limited records when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or documenting completion of the request. Those records are not used to provide recommendations or advertising.
